PAYOUT ELIGIBILITY

What actually unlocks a first payout?

Distinguish payout frequency from qualifying days, consistency, safety nets, minimum requests and payout caps.

“Daily payouts” describes a possible request cadence. It does not establish that a new funded account can withdraw immediately. Eligibility may also require qualifying profit days, consistency, a safety net, a minimum request and an available payout tier.

Check the exact stage first

Evaluation profit is generally part of a test. It is not automatically withdrawable funded profit. Simulated funded and live stages can have different balances, splits and rules. Read the agreement for the specific account you will receive, not just the evaluation card.

Count qualifying days correctly

A day with a trade is not necessarily a qualifying profit day. On the selected Apex 50K EOD PA, the policy requires five days with at least $250 net profit each. The day count is only one condition: consistency, minimum balance and request limits also apply. Another firm's five-day rule may use a different amount.

A buffer is not a payout

A safety net can be an amount of profit that remains in the account. The balance needed to request a withdrawal may include both that retained amount and the minimum request. In Apex's selected 50K EOD policy, a $52,100 safety-net level and a $500 minimum request lead to $52,600 minimum balance to request. Those numbers serve different purposes.

Consistency changes when profit is accessible

If the largest profit day is $1,000 and the rule is at most 40%, total eligible profit must reach at least $2,500. A rule that says strictly below 40% needs more than $2,500. Equality matters. Use the firm's exact formula, cycle reset and treatment of commissions; do not substitute a generic version.

Minimum, maximum and split

A $500 minimum request does not mean every account with $500 profit can withdraw. A per-request cap limits how much can be requested even when the balance is higher. A profit split then determines the trader's share, while payment-method charges may reduce what arrives. Some accounts also close after a fixed number of approved payouts.

Day-one eligibility can still require a buffer

Take Profit Trader's PRO rules permit requests from day one, but access at the standard split depends on the buffer. Its Test, PRO and PRO+ stages must not be collapsed into one “instant payout” claim. The profile links directly to those distinctions.

Before requesting

  1. Confirm all qualifying days and the current consistency cycle.
  2. Check retained balance, minimum request and current tier cap.
  3. Check split, withdrawal fees and identity/payment requirements.
  4. Understand whether trading after requesting can invalidate eligibility.
  5. Separate request availability, internal approval and bank processing time.

Published eligibility is not a guarantee of approval or future payment. Our comparisons organize the conditions; they do not audit a firm's ability to pay.
