Monthly fee × billing cycles, or one advertised one-time fee, plus paid resets where their price is reviewed, plus a known activation fee if selected, plus your additional-cost input. Taxes, commissions, optional data, payout fees and other unreviewed charges are excluded unless you add them. An unknown fee is never treated as a confirmed zero.
Example: Topstep's listed $49 monthly fee for three cycles plus a $149 activation fee is a $296 known-fee subtotal before resets, taxes and other expenses.
